SAFER STREETS
Public safety requires both compassion and enforcement — not one without the other.
Communities cannot thrive without safety.
And pretending accountability and treatment are in conflict has failed Oregonians.
As a clinical psychologist who has worked with people in crisis, Angela understands prevention matters — but so does responsibility.
Angela will work to:
- Restore accountability for violent crime and repeat offenses
- Ensure law enforcement and first responders have the tools and support they need to serve safely and effectively
- Address addiction and mental illness through treatment that begins at first contact — not after systems fail
- Support local, community-driven solutions that actually reduce crime and restore order
Safety is not a talking point.
It is the foundation every family depends on.

SMARTER SCHOOLS
Education works when schools focus on learning — and earn back parents’ trust.
Oregon is spending more on education than ever, yet outcomes rankings continue to decline.That is not acceptable.
Angela believes schools exist to educate — clearly, transparently, and effectively.
Angela will work to:
- Refocus classrooms on core academics: reading, writing, math, science, and history
- Expand career and technical education pathways that lead to real, family-wage jobs
- Restore parental trust through transparency in curriculum and school decision-making
- Support safe learning environments with appropriate behavioral and security resources
Students deserve better than distraction.
Families deserve honesty.
And schools deserve leadership that insists on results.

A LIVABLE OREGON ECONOMY
When government decisions raise costs, families pay the price.
Oregon is facing a cost-of-living crisis — and it is being made worse by policy choices.
The largest tax increase in state history is now headed to the ballot.
At a time when families are already stretched, Salem chose to raise costs instead of fixing failures.
Angela will not support policies that increase the burden on working families while delivering poor outcomes.
She will work to:
- Hold the line on taxes and oppose policies that drive up everyday costs
- Demand discipline and accountability in government spending
- Reduce regulatory barriers that punish small businesses, farmers, and employers
- Support workforce development and housing policies that expand opportunity — not restrict it
A strong economy isn’t measured by government growth.
It’s measured by whether families can afford to stay.
